Jennings and Ayers offers all types of funerals. We offer traditional and non-traditional funeral services. There are many questions when planning funeral services. Contact a licensed funeral director for more details.

Jennings and Ayers has had four generations of licensed funeral directors with over 120 years of service to Rutherford and adjoining counties.  We have six staff members with both funeral director and embalmers licenses. When choosing a funeral home trust must be the first value of the funeral home you may choose. Our family believes that service is above everything and that the families wishes are first priority. Our family also strives to offer personalized services to reflect on the life lived.

Traditional Funeral Services
Traditional funeral services usually consists of visitation with a ceremony. Services may be altered to accommodate any type of funeral that is requested. Please consult a licensed funeral director for further details.

Cremation Services 
Families make these ceremonies personal and may make them like a traditional services. Today, funeral homes offer rental caskets to allow families that choose cremation services to be able to view the body before the cremation without the full expense of buying a casket. Video and Media
Jennings and Ayers video records all services that are on the premises. The reason we do this is because many families have people that may not be able to attend the ceremony. We give the only copy to the family. However, we do not keep a copy so the family should make copies or we will do them for the family if requested by the family. We also offer full color programs and slide presentation memorials for visitation. Today many families bring in pictures for people to view and reflect on ones life lived. We offer this slide show to families for there convenience. The family must provide the photos for the slide presentation in advance to the visitation for time to compose the slide presentation. These presentations play all throughout visitation and before the ceremony if the family chooses these courtesy services.
